Accelerator for Tin cured Silicone

Product Descritpion:

Accelerator for the Tin cured Silicone rubber, which is used for condensation silicone for faster Operation and cured time.

Operation Noticed: 

The Accelerator must be added into Part B in the CS Series silicone, and stir them evenly, Generally the ratio of the CS Part B and Accelerator is 100:1,  then you will get the new catalyst of the CS series.   

For the molds making,  you make the silicone molds for the silicone and New catalyst such as 100:2 or 100:3  ratio according to your operation times.

PS:

 As there is not obvious linear relation of between the cured time and the amount of Accelerator.  So you need to make smaller testing before large amount using in advance.

More Accelerator used, it will caused the silicone surface Oily in the long time,  so we don’t suggest our customers to add much Accelerator,  If you want to have faster pot life and cured time,  you can make the ratio of silicone and Original catalyst at 100:4 or 100:5 or higher temperature operation.
