Thixotropic agent for Platinum Cured Silicone

Thixotropic agent for the Platinum  cured Silicone rubber, with mix ratio at 0.1-0.5% into the silicone , the silicone will be enlarged rapidly,  and easy for the brushing molds making .

Operation :  

Take  100A part A and 100g Part B, mixed them evenly.

Take 0.3% thixotropic agent, and added it into the mixed silicone rubber , then the silicone will become very large viscosity.

Then you can make the brushing molds.

PS, as the viscosity of the silicone will become very large viscosity, so we advise your to make a small testing before large amount using, and can adjust the ratio of the thixotropic agent according to your actually operation.
