Steps of protect us from COVID-19

Hope you are quite well.

I am sad to hear that the Novel Coronavirus was very serious all over the word. hope you are fine.

The Novel Coronavirus is very cunning for it’s great Contagious and long time Incubation period about 3-14 days  , and some people reach to 24 days or even 30 days . for the Virus spread by the contacting , especially the Saliva in the air , so here i give your some suggestions of protecting us from the Virus , hope it is useful to you : 

1.Cancel or delay some group together or celebrations at this moment.  Stay far away from other people , the relatively safety distance is above 1M with other people . the best way is not go to any crowded place if it is not necessary . especially stay far away from the people who come from the Virus serious place.  

2. Wear the Mask when you go to outside , the Best is N95 mask , but at least the Disposable medical mask is necessary if you don’t have the N95.

3. Wash hands every time when you come back from outside or contact with some guys . you can use the alcohol to clean your hand. The alcohol is the enemy of the Virus .

4. If it is possible , store some food and some necessary medicine at home to avoid any urgently problems .

Sorry again to hear the Virus problems and hope you and your family are all ok and quite safe .  Hope the virus will be eliminated as soon as possible .
