how to solve the Bubbles problems for the silicones

When you mix the part A silicone rubber and part B catalyst, when you mix them together ,there willl be some bubbles in silicones, It is normal phenomenon .  while the bubbles will have great affections on the reproduction products. so , we suggest our customer to handle the bubbles problems as below :

1. Do the Vacuum pumping , this will make 95% bubbles out of the silicone molds, and it will takes at least 10 mins for this operation .

 2. If you don't have the Vacuum Pumping machine for the silicone bubbles , here we gueest to you buy the silicone with low viscosity and make the pot life longer , for lower viscosity silicone with better flowability, the bubbles will come out easier , and for the longer pot life , there will be longer time for the bubbles to come out itself. then there will be not any bubbles  any more .
