How to make silicone molds by pouring

1. Preparation of the Original molds : Firstly, you should deal carefully with the Original mold or the products you want to be molded. If no polishing of the Original mold or the products you want to be molded, the surface of it is not so smooth or perfect, then the products made out of silicone molds will be not up to standard.

2: Fix the original molds on the desk , and  make a spuare fram with 4 piece of board or clay as below   

3.Weight the silicone and catalyt at 100:3(tin cured ) or 1:1 ( platinum cured ), mix them evently                

4.Vacummping Pumping, this will takes about 10 mins   

5.Pouring : Slowly and evently perfuse the mixed silicone into the square fram        

6.Remould the outmould when the silicone rubber is cured  

7.Then make another out fram as below    

8.Pour some liquid plaster into the fram  

9 When the plaster s cured, you can remove the out moulds   

10.Then yu can pour your products into the silicone molds .
